COVID-19: VISIONAIR MEDIA ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS AND WE ARE HERE TO HELP
Visionair Media team are open for business and are here to help organisations where it can. Since the COVID-19 pandemic was announced in the 12th of March 2020, our world has not been the same. On the local front, we, the team at Visionair have been working on innovating the implementation of our service delivery and assisting community groups and likeminded businesses, where we can. Over the last week, we have made the decision to execute a range of initiatives to help support our community at this time. Our aim is to stop the curve, limit the negative financial and economic impact on our community and ensure the well-being and safety of the Australian community.
Recently, due to the outbreak, we have witnessed a major change to the way we live and how we run our businesses. For some businesses, this economic loss has been significant. As a catalyst for change we are offering a range of services/change to our organsiation, as per below.
We understand that there are many organisations who retain great insight, who are keeping up to date with the constant flow of changes. By working together, we can distribute useful content that can help Australian’s in this time through the power of video.
GIVEBACK CAMPAIGN: HELPING SMALL TO MEDIUM BUSINESSES
The devastating impact of the outbreak pushing many small to medium operators out of business. As a response to the increasingly difficult economic climate we are offering a small to medium businesses discounted services or payment options to our services, within our resources. We hope this can give operators a chance to work of their marketing or future projects without being at a standstill due to the current disruption. Whether you need assistance with marketing, creating content and photography, we are here to help. This offer is subject to availability and is limited to a case by case basis. VIDEO SERVICES FOR COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS & SERVICES
We are extending an open call to any Non-For-Profit, government departments, charity organisations, information services, professional services and pro-bono services. In light of the current crisis, we are extending an offer to provide video services at no charge or at a heavily discounted rates, within our resources. This is to help communicate key changes associated with the COVID-19 outbreak and further help communicate important government incentives available to Australians at this time of need. We believe video is a powerful way of informing and communicating. We understand that there are many organisations who retain great insight, who are keeping up to date with the constant flow of changes. By working together, we can distribute useful content that can help Australian’s in this time through the power of video. An example of how this works; if you are advisory firm who would like to publish important information which could help small business owners during this time – this initiative is for you. Another example: if you are an NFP organisation who can assist in providing useful information to new Jobseekers/Jobkeepers – this initiative is for you. We cannot accommodate every request and this offer is available on a limited, case by case basis. Please contact our office and ask about this service for more information on how the project works.
CHANGING THE WAY WE DELIVER OUR SERVICES
Respecting social distancing and further recommendations directed by the Australian Government and the World Health Organisation, we are committed to continuing the operation of our current service lines however, incorporating the following changes.
- Virtual Services: We will be able to carter to our clients, virtually. Through video appointments we can discuss your project online. You may also watch your job being completed whilst it is happening through video chat, whether it is a product shoot, video project or aerial job.
- Videography: We are still running all video service; however, we are limiting the amount of production crew and staff onsite at any given time. All video production shoots are pre-planned to ensure compliance with health and safety restrictions.
- Photography: Where applicable, send your products via mail to shoot in our studios – you may watch the shoot online via video chat. All other shoots will be pre-planned to ensure compliance with health and safety restrictions.
- Aerial: All jobs shall go ahead as planned. As a result of the outbreak, isolation and lockdown practices are being observed. These conditions make for optimal flying conditions as there is a decrease in human interaction and contact.
VISIONAIR MARKETING SERVICES
The Visionair Media team will shortly expand into marketing services over the next 6 months. Due to the changing climate over the last year, our team has made the decision to expand from media production services, to include marketing services. Drawing from years of experience in the industry, the inclusion of the new service is a natural progression. Our team will release further details regarding our services shortly. In the meantime, if your organisation is trying to keep up with the demands associated with COVID-19, please contact our office for assistance.
